Returns

If you receive the incorrect size, product, print or if your product was damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it without question. Please let us know within 2 business days if this is the case. Given that our products are customized art, we cannot offer returns on our products under any other circumstances. Our products and designed and printed with care and are one of a kind products specifically for your pet. 

Cancellations

If you decide you no longer want to proceed with your order following purchase you can cancel within 24 hours of the time of transaction, so long as we have not started work on your design. If you email us beyond the 24 hour point, there is a very high chance that we have already done work on your design. 

Please note that there are photo selection guidelines on each product page. It is the customer's responsibility to upload a clear photo in line with our guidelines. If your photo is poor quality, we will contact you to request a higher quality photo. 

Please note that if we do not recieve a higher quality photo within 24 hours of requesting, we will do the best job we can with the uploaded photo(s). This is necessary to maintain our workflow. We are not able to cancel orders that have already been worked on. 

Please be on the lookout for your preview via email, which generally are sent via email within 2 business days. If we can not reach you after multiple email attempts and 48 hours of sending the preview, your order will be placed into the order queue which is necessary to prevent delays for other customers.

Postal Delays:

Please note that while we provide estimates based on historical shipping data, there can be exceptions that are beyond our control. Extreme weather, natural disasters, and postal strikes may result in more significant delays. If you decide to order from us under these circumstances, please note that we are unable to provide a refund if your parcel is taking longer than expected. If 30 business days have passed since your order was dispatched under such circumstances and the parcel is not returned to us, we will process a full refund. If your order is returned to us as a result of a disaster/postal strike/extreme weather, we will reship your parcel once the postal service is back to normal.
