Customer Service is top notch. They contacted me less than 24 hours after I sent my photos to advise me that the ones I supplied were not quite good enough quality (due to Pixelation)
and allowed me time to get a couple of other photos with better quality.
They then provided a mock-up of the product and asked for my approval before proceeding with the final product. (this was on a Saturday). I received the final product 3 days later at my home and it is fantastic.
